For nearly 20 years, Joel Makower has been a well-respected voice on sustainable business, clean technology, and the green marketplace. He is founder and director of strategy of GreenBiz.com and co-founder of Clean Edge Inc., a clean-technology research and publishing firm. A former nationally syndicated columnist, he is author of more than a dozen books, including The Green Consumer. Makower speaks to and consults with a wide range of companies on corporate environmental practices, including Gap, GE, General Motors, Hewlett Packard, Levi Strauss, Nike, and Procter & Gamble.

Sarah Chapman is Co-Founder of Spry Technology, Inc., a provider of technology services for the senior housing industry and a member of an NIH-funded Bioengineering Research Partnership whose participants include Intel, GE, Hewlett-Packard and the Alzheimer's Research Department of Oregon Health and Science University. She was the recipient of the Harvard Business School America's Entrepreneur Award for 2002, and brings more than six years' experience in high-level international technology management and development to Ideal Bite's advisory board.
