East Side/West Side

Gotta love the sauces of the East. But if you're looking for an alternative to soy or tamari sauce that is way lower in sodium but will still satisfy your salt tooth, think West.

I usually stir fry with Bragg's Liquid Aminos, which is made from non-GMO soybeans, and has protein and healthy amino acids like Lysine. They carry this stuff in most grocery stores in SF, and Whole Foods nationwide, but if you wanna try before you buy, the company offers free sample packets through its website here.

Soy Vey makes something called Wasabiyaki sauce which is wonderful.
Soy Vay has a wonderful story of how it began in the eclectic little town (my home town) of Arcata, CA - 300 miles north of S.F. (no not Oregon still in CA!) A Chinese girl meeting a Jewish boy so hence the name Soy Vay. They have really expanded and do lots of great sauces and now operate out of S.F I think. Check their website for their story.
I have been using Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce for years! I LOVE it! So glad you guys tipped it.
Trader Joe's sells Soy Vay Teryaki sauce and it's cheaper than what you're showing here.
I am always on the lookout for sauces low in sodium, thanks for this info! LED Flashlight - Refrigerator Filters
