I'm a big fan of homemade popsicles, and now that strawberries and other early summer fruits are starting to arrive, along with the warmer weather, I plan to whip up this pop recipe from Mama Bite reader Leah Klein of Cambridge, MA:
Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops
Makes 4-6 pops
Ingredients:
(local or organic whenever possible)
Directions:
Puree ingredients in a blender and pour into molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.

Frozen Yogurt Fruit Pops

Ingredients:
(local or organic whenever possible)
- 3/4-1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1-1 1/2 cups of frozen or fresh fruit of choice
- 1-3 Tbs of honey or maple syrup
- 1/2-3/4 cup of water, milk, soymilk, rice milk, or juice
Directions:
Puree ingredients in a blender and pour into molds. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
