Tastemaker

So maybe Earth Day's not exactly up there with Valentine's Day or your b-day for holiday-related excuses to go out to eat, but it's obvs worth celebrating. And Taste Restaurant's got a special Earth Day menu next Wednesday to help Seattleites do just that. The resto, which gets 89% of its ingredients from local farms and producers, is serving up a three-course, prix-fixe dinner of Cauliflower Flan, Cape Cleare King Salmon, and Oatmeal Semifreddo for $35 (an extra $19 gets you the PN-dub wine pairings).

If you're looking to venture outside the city limits for Earth Day, check out the Willows Lodge festivities in today's Seattle Bite.

That’s why they care about what their visitors put into their bodies and its upshot on their sense of comfort. They work very hard to offer foodstuff that is local, fresh and regular. 646-653 They think that they must get a stand on lots of matter nearby their food delivery. They comprehend the fact that the effects of their options expand well away from the walls of their kitchens.
