So maybe Earth Day's not exactly up there with Valentine's Day or your b-day for holiday-related excuses to go out to eat, but it's obvs worth celebrating. And Taste Restaurant's got a special Earth Day menu next Wednesday to help Seattleites do just that. The resto, which gets 89% of its ingredients from local farms and producers, is serving up a three-course, prix-fixe dinner of Cauliflower Flan, Cape Cleare King Salmon, and Oatmeal Semifreddo for $35 (an extra $19 gets you the PN-dub wine pairings).
If you're looking to venture outside the city limits for Earth Day, check out the Willows Lodge festivities in today's Seattle Bite.
