This past weekend I was in NJ for my sis’s bridal shower. My aunt went all out – bird-themed with lots of lace and toile and Tiffany blue accents all over, plus nonstop games – very bridal shower-y. As I helped clean up the gift wrap, paper plates, plastic forks, etc., I couldn’t help but think about the many tips we’ve covered here.

Now-defunct "lifestyle" magazine Domino contained some moderately useful organization advice in its heyday: closet labeling, liquor cabinet labeling, desk organizer baskets labeling, and so on. My favorite label tip was, of course, food oriented.

Three Top Reasons High School Food Sucked

3.    There was no healthy option: Compared to the cafeteria's sloppy joes and jelly donuts, the vending machine's CornNuts and Snickers seemed almost wholesome.
2.    As a vegetarian, I couldn't eat any of the "main course" foods - if it wasn't sloppy joe day, it was ham and cheese croissant day, beef taco day, or pepperoni pizza day.
