Fill it up with Heartland Café's special prix-fixe dinner this Saturday: savory Paella with Pork Sausage from Organic Pastures in Eureka, IL, or, for veg-heads, Organic Tofu Loaf with sweet tater mash. The fifty-buck tag also covers Strawberry Vanilla Shortcake for dessert, a cocktail (try Wild Blossom's Blanc de Fleur, a Riesling-esque mead made with local honey), and hip-shaking live salsa by Papo Santiago & Orchestra Infraverde (dance lessons start at 8).
