Please include information on any and all personal and planetary benefits. If the product is over $100 in retail value, or if you need it returned, you must arrange for a pickup from our offices in order to get it shipped back. Any items over $100 in value (or not picked up within 2 weeks of receipt) will be donated to charity. We cannot guarantee editorial coverage, but - time permitting - we're happy to offer you feedback on your product. Please note that our editorial calendar is generally scheduled 6 months in advance, so never fear if you don't see it right away!

1. Environmentally responsible and sustainable
2. High quality, durable, long-lasting
3. Widely available on the web or in stores
4. New, unique, and fun - we love to give Biters the scoop on the latest and greatest in light-green living!
5. Local, organic, and non-synthetic (no ammonia, chlorine bleach, formaldehyde, parabens, phthalates, SLS or other potential toxins)
6. Reasonably priced
7. Aesthetically pleasing (packaging included)
8. Socially responsible (fair-trade sourcing, charitable, not tested on animals)
9. Made in North America
10. Not marketed using greenwashing

Oh, and for the record, if we never saw another styrofoam packing peanut again, it would be too soon. (HINT, HINT!)
