Your search for fab Italian food been a little Rocky? Sylves-turn to Boulder's new Arugula Bar e Ristorante, which cranks out delish Northern Italian fare. Let the drooling begin: pork tenderloin (A-Bar masters the tender part) roasted with apples, oregano, and grappa sauce, or (and?) housemade gnocchi served with caramelized pears, hazelnuts, and Gorgonzola - and man, we wish we still had some leftovers. A-Bar packs an eco-punch too: It uses organic produce and local meats from places like Long Family Farms, and it's got hardwood floors reengineered from waste wood fibers and shavings, and the wooden beams came from a 300-year-old barn - modern and clean, it's a knockout.
