Wanna uncover the secret behind…glam handbags? Unveil this: September Scott Designs, a collection of hobos and clutches made outta vintage fabrics. September salvages everything from couches to '70s cocktail dresses at estate sales and flea markets, using stuff like houndstooth and brocade (her fave material) to handcraft beauts like the Hommage à Pépé and Studio 54 (see photo). (The handy inside pockets on all her bags are perf for stashing cards and cell, BTW.) They'll make your (Opus) Dei.
