Another certainty? Bikini waxes hurt like hell. Exception: Carabella Cosmetics & Skin Care, where painless waxing is the house specialty. With a few spritzes of her essential oil-infused potion, owner Jennifer Charm numbs your nethers and puts you at ease with breathing exercises as she defuzzes all the right places with preservative-, dye-, and perfume-free green pine wax (smells like you'd expect). You'll walk (not waddle) out of CCSC smooth and bikini-confident – for sure.

Why Care?:

Conventional waxes may contain mineral oil, a by-product of gasoline distillation. Plus, CCSC recycles its gray water into a backyard garden.

GreenBite: I wish when you did these focus pieces on specific retailers you would also offer an easy, one-click way to find other retailers that do similar things closer to my zip code. Now that would be useful.

Hi Alyssa, Thanks for the feedback. If you look to the bottom right section of your LA Bite, there's a section called "Like This Tip? Try These" which offers up related tips.
