The Bite:
imageNeed a helping hand to produce some oven lovin'? Reach baking bliss in no time with The Lazy Baker cookie mix. Just whip together the contents of the reusable canister (made from recycled materials) with butter, an egg (from your local farmers' market), and vanilla extract. Plop 'em down on a baking sheet, stick them in the oven, and one episode of Californication later, you're munching Double Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Cherry Raisin, or Brown Sugar Pecan Shortbread.
