1 minute; makes enough for one bath

What You Need:

  • 2 cups organic, locally made goat's milk
  • 10 drops essential oil (can't decide? - lavender's relaxing, and pine's great for circulation...)

Directions:

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl for your base, then add the essential oils and blend.
  2. Stir a little warm water into the milk mixture to raise the temperature and prevent curdling when it goes into the bath.
  3. Add the mixture to the bath water right before you get in - if you wait, the heat will make the oils a touch less potent.
