Is it too much to ask for a little of everything? Not when it comes to chef Warren Schwartz's delish Taste of Tuesday event, debuting poolside next month at Viceroy's Whist in Santa Monica. Order up a few trays of seasonal tapas made with ever-changing ingredients straight from that week's farmers' market. No two Tuesday menus are alike, so look for things like fresh tomato gazpacho one week and miso soy salmon with spicy cucumber the next, then wash it down with de-light-ful Fresh Bar cocktails like the candied kumquat margarita. Viceroy's cabana-chic is the icing on Harry's Berries strawberry shortcake (when available), so we get our fill of fabulous too. Wishes granted.
