Is your pregnant belly stretched thinner than an investor's wallet?

The Bite:
Start scheming now for a bailout: Slather your bump with chem-free, plant-based belly oils and creams. You'll lose the itchies and hedge stretch marks safely - all without bankrupting Mama Earth.
The Benefits:
  • No cheating your body. Some conventional belly creams contain hormone-altering parabens and cancer-linked triethanolamine.
  • Investing in smoother skin. Our picks have calendula petals, which can help build collagen (skin-strengthening proteins), and/or vitamin E, which can reduce scarring.
  • Not shortchanging the planet. When chems we use on our bodies wash down the drain, they can end up polluting water and soil.
  • Leveraging multiple uses. Some stretch-mark remedies are also safe for perineal massage (to prepare for natural childbirth) and infant massage. (Just read the label first).
Personally Speaking:
Crawford, GA, mother of four Sharon Waldrop rubbed vitamin E oil on her belly every day during her first pregnancy and had zero stretch marks. Now she wishes she'd used it on her butt too.
Wanna Try:

Alas, stretch marks aren't necessarily confined to the tummy - you can use these salves on your butt and under your breasts too.

Timeout

Amber, Rachel, Ian, and Kymberlie (then 10, seven, three, and five months) are worth every stretch mark on Sharon's backside.

Bang For The Bite

If 10,000 Mama Biters use chem-free stretch mark salves instead of the regular stuff, we'll keep the weight of three and a half CEOs in questionable creams off our bellies and out of waterways.

I never trusted those body oils or creme especially for a pregnant woman. I`m worried cause I heard they might have many side effects and that`s the reason I never used and I`ll never use one.
