Looking for your perfect car match? Meet the one (or one of the ones) at Connection by Hertz – the big rental co.'s getting into the car-sharing game in NYC and LA with three contestants: #1 Prius, #2 Camry, and #3 Mini Cooper. Like other shares you get a card to unlock the car - keys and a gas card inside - but you also get a touch-screen GPS and an emergency button (kinda like OnStar in case, y'know, you drive into a ditch). Rates are cheap, with 180 miles per day and gas included. Just find a lot, rent for an hour, a day, or a week, and help avert the 7 billion pounds of nonrecyclable waste that comes from auto production each year. It's a date.
