Erica Sedlander
Before joining the IB team, Erica was a loyal “biter” for a year. She worked for a couple different tech companies in Silicon Valley, and the daily eco reminder provided a healthy counterbalance to her web centric lifestyle. She grew up in an eco conscious family and resided under the redwood trees at the University of California Santa Cruz snagging her BA in Sociology and Latin American Studies. Ideal Bite helped her to shape her everyday decisions about how she effects the environment. She decided that it was time to work for a company that left her fulfilled at the end of the day and gave off the message that “composting is so hot right now.” Ideal Bite blends her natural interests into her professional life. She loves the excitement of getting her organic fruits and veggies delivered to the office, exploring SF, biking, and cooking
