Flowers and butterflies for my hair seemed like a good idea at the time. Every year my family got gussied up to have our photos taken. Say “cheese.” I went to Sweden and visited a few glass factories. They put me to work. Like looking through a microscope, almost anything shot in macro is interesting. At least that’s my excuse for taking pictures of bark. My mother always warned me not to play with fire…I didn’t listen. They said there would be fish, but all I’m seeing in some other diver’s tail. Roaming the desert in search of puckers to smooch the “Kissing Canvas,” a communal art project. It’s amazing how many people have never seen their lip prints. |
