Planet Earth Factors into Promises for the New Year
Brooklyn, NY and Bozeman, MT - December 20, 2005 - As New Year's approaches, Ideal Bite has plans for a series of eco-conscious resolutions to help consumers make positive, practical and sustainable changes in 2006.
Ideal Bite delivers green resolutions utilizing a promising publishing model that is based on the delivery of daily tips, a perfect method for what the new Internet company has coined incremental environmentalism. "Consumers don't always have the ability to eat the entire green apple at once, but they can still achieve important goals if they have help taking one 'bite' a day," said Ideal Bite Co-Founder Jen Boulden.
Ideal Bite's Green Resolutions Week launches on January 2 and serves up five innovative and easy resolutions each weekday for one week. Ideal Bite gives consumers ideas that are easy to implement, but that also have significant impact on their health and health of the planet. Each tip also provides strategies for implementation as well as products and services to help consumers achieve their goals.
Below is a preview of the Ideal Bite's Green Resolutions for 2006:
- Monday, January 2: Just say no to junk mail
- Tuesday, January 3: Half-caf your way to calm
- Wednesday, January 4: Top 10 foods for you and the planet
- Thursday, January 5: Get slim with a little help from your (natural diet pill) friends
- Friday, January 6: Kick the paraben habit - they can make you fat
- "We all overindulge a bit during the busy holiday season," said Heather Stephenson, co-founder. "Ideal Bite is a way the consumers can regain control and focus on personal and planetary improvements in the New Year."
