The new eat-it-while-standing, foodcentric market'll host seven rotating vendors, including 4505 Meats' smoked pasture-raised pork hot dogs; local braised pork shoulder tacos from Tacolicious; and Pizza Politana's organic, wood-fired pies topped with ingredients from five onsite farm stands (grab your own fresh, organic veggies for dinner from the likes of Dirty Girl Produce, Swanton Berry Farm, etc.). Survey says: awesome.
