Dow Jonesin' for some new stuff? Get it without going into the red at the Really Really Free Market. It's easy: Claim some grassy real estate on the east side of Dolores Park on the last Saturday of every month (look for the sign), lay out all the stuff you don't need, and grab as much or as little of other peeps' stuff you want. People come and go, so the habitually late (ahem) won't miss out. We're a little wary of folks offering free haircuts (ditto on advice), but we rocked a rice cooker from some overregistered newlyweds and miraculously offloaded a George Foreman grill. It's a sound investment.

Small Changes Add Up
If 10,000 SF Biters reuse or donate one piece of clothing instead of tossing it, we'll keep the weight of one cable car in clothes out of the SF dump.
