The Bite:
When it comes to pizza, are you a bit of a snob? Don't fret, dahling - now you can go top shelf at the new California Street Delfina Pizza. DP's second home - which served its inaugural dinner last night - packs twice the space of the 18th Street original, and serves up saucy pies with ingreds sourced primarily from the Noe Valley Farmers Market (transport emissions are sooo tacky). Slide up to the counter - made of FSC-certified wood, ditto the tables - order the pizza of the day, loaded with fresh, local produce (or the Clam Pie...mmm) to eat in or take out in compostable to-go packaging, and admire gorgeous works of art by local muralist Hannah Stouffer. Cap it off with a scoop of the day's housemade gelato. Rich.
