The Bite:

OK, so you can't extract the gluten from those cookies with a turkey baster. Here's a new plan: Wheat-free Biters can skip the DIY-ing for now and try Flying Apron Bakery for some tasty (f'reals) organic, gluten-free, wheat-free, and vegan sweets - cookies (like Macaroon Mountains - we didn't even miss the gluten), cakes (like Apricot Bliss), pies, and more. FAB also uses local ingredients like berries from Hayden Farms. Take home the goods in biodegradable cellophane packaging or compostable cardboard. Well-thought-out.

Why Care?:

Choices like FAB's give celiac-sufferers and peeps with wheat allergies tasty (not cardboardesque) sweet options, and organic ingredients mean keeping pesticides outta bods and off Mama Earth.

We love the soups and salads FAB serves up at lunch and are particularly fond of the Berry Tea Biscuits (see photo) and Apple Galettes.

Let's not forget the most important part about FAB, they are Vegan and thus 100% compassionate towards the animals on Mama Earth. They also have many items that are without any sugar (cane), a very unhealthy substance.
