This charming veggie resto's event (which fills up quickly…hint, hint) features a three-course, prix-fixe menu that reflects its SOL (sustainable, local, organic) rep. Try superyum dishes - last year's menu had a Potato Crusted Quiche Timbale (made with cage-free eggs from local Stiebrs Farm) - and lift a kir nouveau (bubbly + spiced blackberry wine from Enumclaw’s Rockridge Orchards) to the woman who’d help you hide a body.
