Don't get stiffed: Sign up for an online P.O. box with Seattle-based Earth Class Mail – perf for business travelers, expats, or just peeps who want a consistent mailing address. ECM scans your unopened mail and sends to your virtual mailbox; then you decide whether it gets opened and scanned, forwarded, recycled (since you'll have a digital copy, you can ditch mail you'd normally hang on to), or archived. Worried about privacy? Employees are screened via a system developed with the FBI Cyber Crimes Division, and devices like mobile phones that could record information aren't allowed in the mail facility. Plus, ECM's got will call pickup for packages. Not hard.
