What are a Biter's deepest, darkest secrets?

The Bite:
Wouldn't you just love to know. Write down your own innermost thoughts in a good lookin' and sustainable journal - but don't hide it under your mattress, 'cuz that's the first place snoopers look.
The Benefits:
  • More trees. Americans already use more than 90 mil tons of paper products per year, so go with recycled versions made from materials other than virgin wood.
  • Pretty papers. Journals made from alternative (and sustainable) fibers like kenaf and lokta bark are just plain better lookin' than your average spiral notebook.
  • Getting stuff off your chest. Journals are a whole lot cheaper than visits to the shrink.
Personally Speaking:
Heather's kept a journal since she was fifteen and has a personal blog online. She won't give us the address, but you can check out a page from the past in today's blog.
