I am a pro-green person and I do my best but I am also realistic. We can't just work in an office without office supplies. We can reduce the materials we use but we can't remove them all from use. I recently ordered discount office supplies, our office ran out of some things and we had to make a list for a new order. Gladly I could find green supplies to replace the used ones.

I work in an office full of excess and waste and get ridiculed when I try to encourage change. Until I can convice them to do otherwise, I collect discarded paper from coworkers and print on the back sides. I have more paper than I know what to do with! People bring magazines in to share in the break room. After a month or so I try to gather them up and take them home to recycle before someone just tosses them into the trash.
