Think you're gonna have to stop eating altogether to undo the damage from St. Paddy's?

The Bite:
Unless you're still peeing green beer from Saturday's festivities on Monday, it just ain't so. For most of us, detox options that won't cause total resistance in the stomach area should suffice.
The Benefits:
  • Body rehab. Natural ingredients like milk thistle have been used by homeopathic doctors for detoxing for centuries.
  • Fewer stomachaches. You don't have to consume only liquids while gazing longingly at your mate's veggie burger.
  • Vegan formulas. Many detox (and other) capsules contain animal-based gelatin. Not these.
Personally Speaking:
We keep a couple boxes of the Traditional Medicinals tea in the office kitchen; with what some of us on the team consume, our livers can use all the help they can get.
Wanna Try:
Despite the fact that some of us wear scrubs to bed and love us some Grey's Anatomy, we aren't doctors, so check with yours before you make any drastic changes in your day-to-day regime.

Cocktail Fact

No time for a detox before the big drug test? A bottle of QuickFix Synthetic Urine will set you back only about $30.

Bang For The Bite

These cleanses do more for your own body than they do for the earth, but a little spring cleaning will get you energized to keep on saving the world, bite by bite.
