Wanna hear something extra sensational?

The Bite:
Sorry, we're fresh outta Amy Winehouse scandals, but we do have the inside squeeze on sustainable juices - no unsubstantiated rumors here.
The Benefits:
  • Getting good dirt. Organic farming methods keep soil in good shape for future generations.
  • Not squeezing your health. Among other health benefits, consuming more fruit can lower your stroke risk by 31%, and eco versions don't contain the "relatively high" amount of pesticide residue found in many juices (according to an international study released last month).
  • Titillating tastes. These juices are 99.9% more delicious than Sunny D.
Personally Speaking:
Jen's favorite organic juice, period, is the stuff she makes with fruit from her co-op and her juicer. (She says it feels like she starts the day off with an oil change. Um, don't ask.) Find her fab apple, carrot, and ginger recipe in the blog.
Wanna Try:

Cocktail Fact

A British pediatrician's diagnosis for a four-year-old patient's yellow complexion? Too much Sunny Delight (she was drinking 1.5 liters/day), which contains beta carotene as a colorant.

Bang For The Bite

Juice do it: Avoid pesticides in both your diet and the soil with eco-friendlier juices.
