What's bakin' for the Bite's second birthday?

The Bite:

We're gonna bite into a big ol' organic birthday cake - from a mix, of course. Help us whoop it up by whipping up one of your own - but leave the non-organic mixes, which use more preservatives 'n' pesticides than organic, off your list of party invites.

The Benefits:

Celebrating with yum. You'll have your cake and enjoy eating it too (sharing not required).
Celebrating the planet. Organic mixes are produced with fewer pesticides than conventional mixes.
Baking these mixes is a piece of, um, cake.

Personally Speaking:

She doesn't know it yet, but Jen's gonna jump out of an organic birthday cake in her birthday suit, singing "Happy Birthday, Mr. President" while Cricket tap dances along. (Or not...maybe we'll just stick to the organic cake.)
