The Benefits:
- Stop hangovers before they start. Drink water (dehydration's the reason for your headache) and take B vitamins (depleted by alcohol) to reduce the after-effects of partying too hard.
- Get rid of symptoms. Reduce your body's inflammatory response to booze with sarsaparilla and prickly pear extract.
- Better for your liver. Mixing OTC painkillers like Tylenol is a recipe for liver disaster, according to the FDA.
