The Benefits:
- Fewer minutes maintaining them. These watches will last your whole lifetime - you never have to change the battery. Some models will stay charged up to a year without needing a recharge.
- Clocking up savings. Save on batteries, which last, at most, up to 2 years. And no lie: The watch store at the SF mall charges an insane $38 plus tax for battery replacement.
- Eyeing your chemical output. Watch batteries contain chems like lead and mercury.
- Keeping time, even indoors. Kinetics charge when you move your arms, and even indoor fluorescent light will charge solar watches.
