Yes - very amusing, but I have been unemployed since last October, and despite going for many interviews (along with the rest of the unemployed world), have still not obtained another job. SFO to Fiji??? The worry is survival, not vacations... How green is it to live in the streets because you lose your home? Rents and mortgages still have to be paid...

I am also currently unemployed, with no hope on the horizion. But I got a kick out of your video. Yes, it IS ok to make jokes during times like these. If you can't laugh now and then, you'll drown in your sorrows. Our stay-cation this year will be a kiddie pool in the back yard. Our dates are consiting of a walk thru the neighboorhood, homemade meal, and dancing to the radio. And yes, the garden is already sprouting in the basment. We're even doubling the size so we don't have to spend as much on groceries. Worst case senario, I don't find work and we loose our home and car. But I will still have my family and CAN keep my sense of humor. Green Me Up! -smiles

If your wondering how I can stay positive - we've lost everything before. Yes, YOU CAN recover. And one day you will laugh about the time you lived in that condemed apartment and ate speghetti everyday. We seem to be on a loop - everytime we get ahead something crashes down on us; the economy, job loss, medical... Yea it stinks, but you have to enjoy life, no matter the journey your on.
